I’ve received some questions this morning about the 1Y0-A20 XenApp 6.5 beta online exam simulation. This basically answers everything as of today:
Note: If you purchased the Citrix 5.x Products membership between 11/22/2011 and 12/31/2011, email me, I’ll verify the purchase, and email you a limited link to access the A20 exam simulation.
Another note: If you are or were a recurring payment member before December 31st, 2011, please contact me about a discount code. Depending on the length of your membership, you will receive anywhere from $19 to 100% off of this practice exam.
On the exam engine side:
It is basically done. You will be able to take the full exam on the exam simulator.
The above being said, please let us know if you find any defects. There is an ‘Email Author’ button on every page of the practice exam.
The practice exam is split in two parts so that each exam has 63 different questions.
When you finish each part of the practice exam, (not when you pause during the middle of the exam, explained next) you will get a score on the exam engine.
You can pause the practice exam anywhere along the way by clicking the ‘Quit’ button. You copy down the code it presents to you, and when you visit Citrixxperience to access the exam again later, enter the code and pick back up where you left off.
On the Citrixxperience side:
There are a couple of features that are still being built.
You won’t get your practice exam results on the Citrixxperience.com website as of now, but within the very near future, your practice exam results will be displayed and saved so you can go back and look at all of your results later.
You don’t need to register on Citrixxperience to purchase the practice exam, but I would recommend it, because you might not be able to access your historical results later down the road without a profile on Citrixxperience.
When you purchase the A20, you will receive a link through email that is good for 30 days of access.
